Detroit Zoo

In collaboration with Working Studios, Kraemer Design + Production helped bring the Detroit Zoo's learning environment to life through a comprehensive design process that supported both education and exploration. The project features a variety of engaging experiences, including a toddler play zone, an interactive farmer's market play area, a five senses exhibit trail, and a garden classroom that encourages hands-on discovery. KD+P led the Design Charrette, Concept Design, and Schematic Design phases, helping shape the overall visitor experience and educational goals of the space. Our team also developed a portion of the graphic design for the educational exhibits and provided complete way finding and donor signage design, creating a cohesive and intuitive experience.
