The Children's Museum of the Upstate

Scope: Complete Experience Design through Fabrication, Fabrication Management

Timeframe: 1.5 years

KD+P worked with the TCMU team for their special Spartanburg satellite museum designed for children ages 6 and under. The exhibits focus on early childhood development and Kindergarten readiness. The special areas include an infant/toddler area, medical clinic, tree climber, market, water table, hub city including a train table and a construction/block building area. All of these specific areas encourage role and pretend play.
