As lead designer, Tom directs the design process for the general layout of a museum or gallery space, as well as for all the displays and graphics. He supervises the rest of the design staff and works closely with clients/museum staff and content developers throughout the design process. In addition, Tom directs production of drawings and specifications for the fabrication stage of a project.
